Disclaimer & Data Accuracy

Last updated: 21 August 2026

iBid.Win is an independent tender-intelligence and bid-management platform operated by Awit Media Pvt Ltd. This page explains, in plain words, what our information is and what it is not. Please read it before you rely on anything you see here.

1. We are independent — no government affiliation

iBid.Win is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), the Government of India, any State Government, ministry, department, public sector undertaking, or any procuring or buying entity.

2. Where our tender information comes from

Tender records on iBid.Win are aggregated from publicly available government procurement sources, principally GeM, and are reproduced here for your convenience. We add structure, search, alerts, deadline tracking and collaboration tools on top of that public information.

We do not create tenders, alter their terms, or control when a buying authority publishes, amends, extends or withdraws one.

3. The official portal always prevails

The tender notice, bid document, corrigenda and timelines published on the official procurement portal are the only authoritative version.

Before you spend money, prepare documents, arrange EMD or submit a bid, verify every material detail — deadline, EMD amount, tender value, eligibility, technical specification, consignee, quantity, and any corrigendum — directly on that portal.

Where anything shown on iBid.Win differs from the official source, the official source governs.

4. No warranty of accuracy or completeness

Aggregated data lags. Portals correct, amend and withdraw listings. Text extracted from PDFs can be imperfect. Categories and values can be recorded inconsistently at source.

Accordingly, all information on iBid.Win is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind — express or implied — as to accuracy, completeness, currency, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. AI-assisted features are assistance, not authority

Parts of iBid.Win use automated and AI systems — tender summaries, community FAQs, bid analysis, document drafts, matching and scoring. These are research and drafting aids:

Community FAQ entries are generated from anonymised patterns of what bidders commonly ask and are reviewed before publication. They describe general practice, not the requirements of any specific tender.

6. No professional advice

Nothing on iBid.Win is legal, tax, financial, accounting, technical or procurement advice, and no advisory relationship is created by using the platform. Decisions about whether to bid, at what price, and on what terms remain entirely yours. Consult qualified professionals where the stakes warrant it.

7. No guarantee of outcome

Nothing on this platform is a guarantee or assurance of eligibility, qualification, shortlisting, technical clearance, award, revenue or business outcome. Success in public procurement depends on your offer, your compliance and the buyer's evaluation — none of which we control.

8. What remains your responsibility

9. Third-party links and services

The platform links to external portals and may integrate third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, pricing or practices, and we accept no responsibility for them. A link is not an endorsement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Awit Media Pvt Ltd and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, contract, opportunity, goodwill or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — iBid.Win, including any bid that was not submitted, was rejected, or was priced on the basis of information shown here. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Please read this alongside our Terms & Conditions.

11. Found an error? Tell us

We would rather be corrected than be wrong. If a tender record, document, figure or AI-generated answer looks inaccurate, write to grievance@ibid.win with the tender reference and what you observed. We investigate promptly, correct what we can, and tell you what we found. See Contact & Grievance Redressal for our published timelines.
