The ones that fit your business are in there somewhere, alongside a deadline you cannot miss, an EMD you must arrange, and a document pack that has to be exactly right.
iBid.Win exists to remove that search-and-scramble from your week, so your team spends its hours on the bids worth winning.
The facts, plainly
- What it is: a tender-management platform for Indian MSMEs, built around a searchable mirror of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) bids — live and closed — with the tools to find, prepare, track and submit a bid.
- Who runs it: Awit Media Pvt Ltd, India (awit.in). Grievance officer: Kaustubh Nirmal. iBid.Win is a private company's product; it is not affiliated with GeM, the Government of India or any procuring entity.
- What it covers: all live GeM bids and a rolling record of closed ones, refreshed every 15 minutes from the platform's own mirror, with pages per ministry, state and category whose counts are computed from that mirror and dated. Other portals appear only when their data is actually live here.
- What is open to everyone: every bid page shows the buyer, category, dates, EMD and description. The GeM bid number, the documents and the buyer contact open with a free account while a bid is live; closed bids become fully public after a set period.

What the platform does
- Finds the tenders that fit you. Save a filter once — your categories, your states, your value band — and matching tenders arrive on their own, with alerts by email and Telegram.
- Keeps the paperwork in one place. Upload your registrations, certificates and declarations to the Document Briefcase once, then attach them to any bid's checklist in two clicks.
- Runs the bid, not just the search. Assign tenders to your team, track stages from interest to submission, manage EMD and finance requests, and keep every deadline visible.
- Adds intelligence where it helps. Tender summaries, bid analysis, competitor and result insights, and document drafting — all of it assistive, all of it meant to be checked against the official document before you rely on it.
How we think about our data
We aggregate from public procurement sources and are candid about what that means: mirrors lag, portals amend, and extraction is imperfect. So we build the platform to say "not available" rather than to guess, and we tell you plainly that the official portal is the authority on every number that costs money. That principle is written down in our Disclaimer & Data Accuracy page, and it is not decoration — it is how the product is built.
We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with GeM, the Government of India, or any procuring entity, and we never charge for a tender document that the issuing portal gives away free.
Who we are
iBid.Win is built and operated by Awit Media Pvt Ltd, India — a small team that works closely with the MSMEs who use the platform. Product decisions here come from real bidding problems: a missed corrigendum, an EMD arranged late, a checklist assembled at midnight.
